I can’t login to the website?
You don’t have to login to place an order. Select a service, choose new or renewal during checkout and provide a username. If your renewing, the credit will be applied to your account.

Can I use multiple TV’s?
The app can downloaded on as many devices as you want. However, each service will have a max live streams that can be played at the same time. See the product page for details.
Will this work on Smart TV?
Yes, all of the service are compatible with a range of Smart TV’s. Depending on the app, it will use the m3u playlist or mag/mac address, found here. (we suggest a streaming device, for the best experience)
Do I need to use a VPN?
VPN is not required for the streaming services. If you need or decide to use a virtual private network, please choose a good service that will not throttle or interrupt your connection.
Is my internet fast enough?
IPTV streaming services require high speed internet to work properly. A minimum speed of 20 mbps is suggested. For the best experience, you should have a minimum speed of 40 mbps.
The channels are buffering?
Most of the time, streaming issues can be fixed by simply restarting the media player, modem and router. If the problem continues, reset the device to factory defaults.
Do I have to use Paypal?
We accept PayPal. You can checkout as a guest with Credit / Debit Card or with your PayPal account. If you have any issues placing an order, please let us know.
Why is my order cancelled?
If you don’t login to the service at least once, within 24 hrs of payment, the order may be cancelled. We process orders quickly and don’t have time to explain spam email.
