I can’t login to the website?

You don’t have to login to place an order. Select a service, choose new or renewal during checkout and provide a username. If your renewing, the credit will be applied to your account.

How do I install the apps?

All of the apps are easy to install, including android, apple and amazon. If you need help, please visit our setup guides page here, for links and instructions.

Can I use multiple Devices?

Setup on as many devices as you want. However, each service will have a max connections that can be accessed at the same time. See the product page for details.

Will this work on Smart TV?

Yes, all of the service are compatible with a range of Smart TV’s. Depending on the app, it will use the m3u playlist or mag/mac address, found here.

Do I need to use a VPN?

VPN is not required for the streaming services. If you need or decide to use a virtual private network, please choose a good service that will not throttle or interrupt your connection.

Is my internet fast enough?

Hosting services require high speed internet to work properly. A minimum speed of 20 mbps is suggested. For the best experience, you should have a minimum speed of 40 mbps.

Check your internet speed at fast.com or speedtest.net.

The hosting is buffering?

Most of the time, hosting issues can be fixed by simply restarting the device, modem and router. If the problem continues, reset the device to factory defaults.

Why is my order cancelled?

If you don’t login to the service at least once, within 24 hrs of payment, the order may be cancelled. We process orders quickly and don’t have time to explain spam email.
